Independence day

August 15 it is the day celebrated as Independence day throughout our country. In PES we celebrated in a grand manner to remember with pride the commitment and distribution of the brave individuals who sacrificed their lives for the cause of our country. Irrespective of our
culture civilization, caste, creed and religion the most important and binding factor is our National flag.

The Program started with the flag hoisting by the head of the institution of our PES. Followed by students were giving speeches about the significance of the Independence Day. The main highlighted of the day was the dance by the little champs of grade 1 and 2 titled “Unity in
Diversity”. Students attired different traditional costumes of various states. This program shows that we are together in group not bothering about religion, race, etc. We Indians are proud to have rich culture and heritage.

The celebration was ended with distribution of sweets to the children and parents present there. Overall it was a colorful learning and memorable Independence day for everyone present there.

Gandhi the idol of humanity the apostle of peace, a light of freedom. On his birthday students were instructed to pay tribute to Messiah of non – violence and take leadership in creating better polity in India to build the best India.
